Order Form Nematode-resistant grafted 'Guatemalan Typica' coffee plants with the 'Fukunaga' rootstock

Kona Coffee Nursery will be shipping 'Fukunaga' rootstock grafted 'Guatemalan Typica' coffee plants beginning late September 25, 2005. Plants will be at least 12 inches tall with at least 4 true leaves and will be supplied in large "dibble tubes" capable of sustaining growth for several months without "J-rooting."

• Price is $10.00 per tree (plus GET) and includes delivery to your farm.
• 10% down payment to accompany your order. Remaining amount due at delivery.
• Refundable fee of $0.30 per tree for dibble tubes and racks, refunded when tubes and racks are returned.
• Due to the extensive nematode problem in Kona, we anticipate high demand for this product. Orders will be filled on a first come first served basis.
